How the IPFULFILL process works:
We create your account in our Warehouse Management System (WMS). Your products and e-stores are then integrated into our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Next, we synchronize your products/e-stores in the marketplaces and wait for your products to arrive at one of our warehouses in the Asia Pacific.
Upon arrival of your products at one of our facilities, we will then visually inspect the goods and scan them before storing.
Our racks are barcoded for easy storage and retrieval. Storage can be on racks or on pallets and we have both cool and ambient storage areas.
Orders automatically flow from your online shop to our fulfillment centre. From here, we take over the entire process to ensure the products get delivered to the end consumers, accurately and promptly.
We process orders in real time, with experienced staff doing the overall coordination and quality control.
Orders are then picked by experienced personnel and delivered to the quality assurance line to verify the accuracy.
Orders go through multiple checks to ensure products are intact, and quantities are exact and picked items are correct.
Our fulfillment personnel follow specific product and customer packaging directives to meet the highest quality standards.
Our warehouses are strategically located to process and ship online orders to reach your domestic and international customers within a few days.
Based on your instructions, we will pick, pack and ship orders from the warehouse to your local or overseas end customers. A tracking system is in place to allow your end customers to track their orders
